I am working on the disciplines of biology, chemistry and agricultural sciences and published research articles in the field of marine biology, limnology, ecology, aquaculture, water science, environmental science, chemical biology, environmental chemistry and biodiversity. I am using bivalves, fishes and other invertebrates and also algae as field and laboratory organisms with water as an ambient environment to understand the composition of biodiversity, community concept and population, including chemical and functional, ecology in the Western Ghats of India, one of the hotpots of biodiversity, and coastal ecosystems, using modern techniques, which ultimately help us in conservation and management of commercially and/or threatened taxa.
