Mobile Core Network Planning

Data Core Design Team Design,PS core network (PCRF,SGSN-MME,GGSN,PGW/SGW,ePDG,DNS,vUGW,vUSN,vUPCC)•Perform PS Core Network capacity planning and management to ensure that all NEs are sufficient for all network solutions integration as well as for future business growth•Responsible for detailed design and implement for PS Core virtualization solution to ensure optimization of network quality, stability and reliability•Responsible for PS Core Network design to be aligned within project scope and timeline in order to ensure achievements of project objectives within determined timeline•Design technical solution, work process and work task for new service to support customer requirement•Analyze requirements from business and technology perspectives and translate them into application functionalities and configurations including user interface•Formulate, document and engage with vendors to provide solutions as required by protocol interworking or product requirements•Performs a leading role in system integration testing(SIT)/user acceptance testing(UAT) to validate the delivered solutions according to the agreed scope and meet business’s requirements•Perform interoperability test when doing multivendor integration to ensure smooth integration and installation with minimum interruption risks•Work on complex issues and prepare analysis of short-term or long-term capacity needs, prepare in-depth evaluations for data core networks•Prove of concept the new network solution according to the new software release to find feasibility to improve network service qualities•Coordinate with vendors regarding plan, design and features/functionalities to ensure common understanding and optimum results•Perform release and deployment activities including control progress of deployment activities along the transition phase to ensure completion of transference in regards to network architecture plan and design within optimum timeframe and minimum interruption risk

Design and Implement packet switch for 2G/3G/LTE (SGSN,MME, GGSN, EPG, PCRF, FW, DNS, Radius, etc.)- Manage capacity planning and integrated solution architecture for data core network elements to ensure effectiveness and standardization of core network solution- Plan and manage data core network expansion activity (rollout, upgrading, configuration) to ensure that equipment is installed properly and accurately as plan and design- Lead the Implementation, upgrading, or expansion of PS core network such as GGSN, EPG, SGSN, MME, PCRF, FW, DNS, Radius to ensure the most cost-effective and efficient use of equipment as per plan and design- Lead network configuration and integration for new PS equipment implementation to ensure harmonization synchronization when integrate new equipment to network- Coordinate with vendors to launch services and install equipment as designed requirement solution in order to ensure completion, achievement of work scope and timeline with best quality- Facilitate in collaboration with other teams for tracking, checking, and control production activities, also perform as an asset configuration items(CI) coordinator of IT & Service configure area to ensure that all changes, decisions and change policies are communicated to the teams and ready to be implemented on time and properly- Initiate, drive, and manage project related to data core network to ensure achievements of project objectives- Develop data core network optimization plan to ensure network efficiency and minimize fault- Data core network design and optimization within project scope and timeline in order to ensure achievements of project objectives- Detailed design for network solution including security design and implement for data core network elements- Gather, diagnose, and analyze data to support the development of data core network optimization plan- Provide 3rd tier support in incident and problem management to facilitate operational unit

Operation Technical Support department for packet switch (SGSN, GGSN, FW, DNS, Radius)- Support in setting up the technical GPRS architecture and tools- Analysis the problems and think of good solutions for customers- To provide technical consulting on system to related teams- Provide clear and concise technical documentation for internal use- Coordinate with development team in projects and do hands-on works in business process and system designs- Responsible for configuration and implementation of simplify solutions in Cisco’s router- Test project improvement to ensure quality of the solution delivered- Develop UNIX shell script to automate routine tasks- To create custom reports to Business/Design team using SQL PLUS- Support and Communicate with engineering partner (company's first tier) for technical issues, requirements and perform root-cause analysis. And also support them to solve problems on Network, CS and PS products.- Interface with engineering partner and vendor for technical problem handling.- Network improvement and developing embedded software.- Corrective Maintenance: Troubleshooting Ticket Handling according to SLA and Maintenance Agreement.- Preventive Maintenance: Network Inspection, System Health-Check and Early-Warning deployment, According to Maintenance Agreement
