• Assisting Partners /directors in implementing systemic accounting system and control in Myanmar.• Preparation of various Finance and procurement policies and procedures and maintaining effective control environment Myanmar office.• Introduction and implementing accounting system to Myanmar Firm.• Coaching and lead Myanmar finance team for improvement.• Liaise with other PwC firms across the counties for finance related task and group reporting purpose.• Liaise with auditor, tax team and internal control team to ensure that all the company's financial practices are in line in statutory regulations and legislation.• Assist in company-wide budgetary planning

• Leads the preparation of the Group financial statements, forecasts and budgets for real estate projects and hotel.• Coordinates with all levels of Real Estate Construction Facilities, government authorities, and work with Construction PM to help coordinate construction projects.• Supports monthly reviews and periodic business planning sessions. Involves evaluating financial and operational results, monitoring data and contributing to the development of key initiatives.• Raising of Funds in order to meet the obligation of the business by maintaining a good balance between equity and debt.• Allocation of funds in a manner that they are optimally use.• Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends.• Developing external relationships with appropriate contacts, e.g Auditors, solicitors, Bankers and statutory organizations such as Inland Revenue.• Producing accurate financial reports, Cost reports for each project site to specific deadlines.• Keeping abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation.

• To handle Full set of account and Fixed Assets for all the projects.• Checking day to day Financial transactions from assistant account, do analysis report for monthly management review.• Checking the account statement and ensure payment are paid within the credit term.• Perform reconciliation of major suppliers’ statements of accounts to ensure discrepancies and reconciling items are resolved or escalated to management on a timely basis• Maintains the control of petty cash and prepares report for expenditure periodically• Using MYOB, ACCPAC software in client and server based.• Handle for Staff Payroll system WMS and Pay out Cheques and Bank Transfer (over 300 Staffs) every month.• Handle HR for Staffs in the WMS (Worker Management Sever over 300 Staffs) and on Excel File.• Prepare and summit Staff income tax to government every year• Control over fixed Assets, physical fixed assets checking every year before the Audit period and report to Management for any discrepancies.• Maintain Tax document documents and prepare for yearly and quarterly reports for auditing purposes.

• Perform Test of Control to ensure appropriate control are operating as prescribe and to and Substantive Tests to check amount included in the day books are recorded in ledgers and finally to year-end statements.• Assessing on budgetary control system and internal management.• Physical Asset count and Cash Count.• Preparation of Receipt and Payment Account.• Preparation of Management Representation Letter for control weakness
