- Processing invoices and identify discrepancies- Preparing payment and receipt vouchers in accordance with company procedures- Analyze customer payments and tracking payment collection- Assist senior accountant for entering financial transactions into internal databases- Maintain proper filing system for financial documents- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned time to time- Verifying employees time reports, update, compute and maintain up-to-date leaves
