Monitoring internal/external Delivering for all sites which are located grid available area.Coordination with Legal/community/Leases team for VCC,ROW overall processs leading .Targeting operational highly requirement on grid connections with fuel loss or high comsuming to ease opreation challenges. Voluntering Weekly checked on Grid Meter Bill usage / disconnected sites for the unseasonable billing on it. Grid Major Rectification, Meter replacement and power meter to transformer upgrade support timely.

Identify, notify and escalate network issues. Using all monitoring tools to monitor the availability and performance of cirtical applications ,systems and networks 24/7. Handle custormer complaint and work on solution identification and implementation to minimize downtime.
