(USD and INR)Initiated and participated in terms of Outsourcing and Recruitment process refreshment. Successfully revised and implemented outsourcing process that suit our internal ERP structure.Maintained very good rapport with Technical head of all business units and made sure that there wasn’t any escalation to higher management.Handling a team of two. Discuss technologies among group, create awareness about target companies, motivate and drive the team to achieve goals, make them think independent and confident during time of walk in interviews, scheduled and mass walk in tests and interviews.
