As the Chief Growth Officer at DESICREW, I am accountable for driving the organization to be the preferred provider of Human-in-the-loop (HITL) solutions for AI initiatives. This involves leading a team of Specialist Engineers and delivering Managed ITOps services that are powered by Al Ops, DevOps, and SecOps for our clients. My primary goal is to enhance service delivery, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.Since 2007, I have been actively engaged in modernizing IT infrastructure to optimize the cost of IT operations through the AIOps platform and integrating intelligent BOTS. I am also responsible for ensuring that the organization continually evolves to keep up with client needs. This involves comprehending clients' operations and business strategies and developing internal capacity to handle their processes.

Define and implement operating principles & establish organizational process benchmarks and performance metrics that will help to create a robust delivery model including Productivity, Quality, Faster TAT's, Cost Efficiency and Business Values. Articulate the strategical plans across the organization to improve processes and client experience in achieving maximum efficiency. Implementing the latest technologies and tools in operations such as Data Analytics, RPA's, AI & ML.
