Supply Vendor follow up based on the Po given and lead time to ensure the ontime delivery of packing material to the Stores and Fc's. Raising Purchase Orders based on the availability of Open order and the consumption percentage. Verify and Approval of Invoices to the accounts and regular payment follow up based on the credit period. Onboarding the new vendor ( backup option for existing vendor) after the negotiation of price, Minimum order quantity, delivery period (lead time), payment mode, approval of sample. Based on the sales projection Inventory planning for all the Stores and Fc's to arrest the excess & shortage in usage of packing material. Regular follow up with Logistic partner to ensure the on time delivery of Packing materials to the Stores and FC’s

1.Floor monitoring-checking whether the packages are stacked properly. 2.Tracking Misruoted and Manually moved consignments to other branches in local or other clusters over India. 3.
