I am a postgraduate in Civil engineering, having around 16years of work experience in the Middle east and India. I have extensive knowledge and experience in Precast Technology, Construction method and estimation in Infrastructures and building projects.Core Competencies:(Precast Construction). Directly involved in negotiation with all suppliers and sub-contractors related to launching works i.e precast mould fabricators, vendors for casting & erection of various precast elements and accessories.  Co-ordinate with all parties involved and responsible for the daily operation of the project. Preparation and submission of methodology, traffic management scheme, working method etc., for approval by authorities. Co-ordinate and monitoring work done precast yard for casting of various elements as per approved construction drawings, method statements and quality aspect as per the stipulated in the project specifications.  Supervise the erection of various precast elements at site and to ensure that all procedure comply with the approved construction drawings. And get the approval and clearance from the authorities to further ahead of schedule.  Expertise in planning, executing and monitoring projects along time, cost and quality including technical. Expertise in modification of precast elements along with design team to suit with casting and erection aspect based on the safety and Architect.  Preparation of master planning and all the temporary works related to precast yard, stacking yard and transportation. Attending site progress, safety, quality meeting and directly reported to the project director.
