 Planned, designed, and documented mechanical drawings as per client requirements following the design guidelines and relevant Australian standards, rules and regulations for safety and compliance. Designed parts and assemblies in 3D CAD for mass production overseas as well as custom solutions for specific projects by effectively coordinating with the suppliers. Created detailed 2D and 3D drawings using Solidworks with reduced complexity for individual parts and assemblies and designed prototypes on focusing the manufacturing efficiency to improve the overall product quality.  Maintained a structured and defined library of designs to be shared within the Electrical/Mechanical Engineering team. Worked with the product development team and developed standard products and communicated with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a timely and cost-effective delivery of completed projects.  Collaborated with the team for attaining Type testing certification for the product and coordinated with the Technical Manager to facilitate transparent communication to ensure project alignment.  Organised and developed Standard Operating Procedures for manufacture while ensuring and incorporating safety as a core design focus along with user-friendliness and aesthetic considerations.

 Designed and maintained Air Conditioning system drawings on medium to large scale commercial projects. Built strong relationships with stakeholders and taking collaborative actions for the completion of duct work in a cost-effective way. Worked with Engineering, Estimation and Sales teams to estimate budgets and resources required for production by referring to the drawing blueprints, customer specifications and company operational policies and procedures. Visited sites to inspect the completed projects to assess the efficiency of the Air conditioning systems installed and prepared reports based on the tests carried out with calibrated tools under Environmental Health and Safety conditions. Organised day-to-day tasks in factory in order to facilitate the effective execution of work orders within the budget, time and scope targets fixed by the management team.  Collaborated with the Sales, Purchasing, Engineering and Manufacturing teams, and customers using strong interpersonal skills to achieve production targets and to continuously keep up on the status of projects and the tracking and resolution of project defects. Maintained records of the work orders manufactured in the factory and estimated the amount of orders manufactured every day for cost benefit analysis.

 Designed trailer, truck body and transport related equipment by implementing the engineering knowledge and the ADR, PBS, Vehicle Safety and Standards, Federal, Main Road and Sai Global formulated Australian standards. Created detailed 2D layouts and 3D models using Autodesk Inventor for manufacture of frames and sheetmetal parts. Load sharing calculations and analysis for truck, dolly, trailer and individual axles using TrailerWin software. Developed sales drawing for feasibility study and performed hand calculations for turning radius and swept path, hoist calculations, load and hydraulic cylinder stroke calculation. Implemented efficient modelling techniques to generate 3D assemblies and drawings that increased final construction accuracy and reduced time in modelling.  Extracted Bill of Materials from the assemblies and supplied to procurement and production teams. Drew geometric dimensions and tolerance for designed parts according to engineering standards.  Carried out simulations and analysis for new design concepts to establish loads and verify FEA results through testing including static and dynamic impact.

 Created composite design to all aspects of tooling, detailed component design, assemblies, associated jigs and supporting documentation. Interacted with cross functional team and conducted accurate CFD models for air-flow predictions in a fast-paced dynamic environment with tight deadlines. Teamed with the Research and Development crew for discussing the FIA, British and relevant regulatory standards and guidelines, track testing reports, design changes, competitor performances and focused on improving the aerodynamic performance of the vehicle. Exhibited effective communication and ability to demonstrate an excellent understanding which assisted in the delivery of conceptual parametric CAD surface designs using Creo 3D modelling  Iterated with fine mesh settings for a wide range of applications including low, medium, and high-speed flow regimes and generated CFD and wind tunnel testing for team discussion.

 Involved in the operation and maintenance of 4-stroke Daihatsu engine, 2-stroke Mitsubishi Sulzer 7RTA62 engine. Coordinated with the team and performed 4-stroke Daihatsu generator engine full decarbonisation.  Overhauled machinery such as exhaust gas turbo charger, Air compressor, Centrifugal and Positive displacement Pumps with the engineering team.  Executed daily maintenance according to the PMS-Planned Maintenance Schedule and maintained records of engineering department activities and details of equipment maintenance and repairs.
