Project : Lloyds BankingSupported a massive large scale production environment for entire Lloyds Banking Group which is running more than 2500+ JVM’s distributed across 300+ servers.Responsible for troubleshooting various issues on IBM Websphere Application Server and IBM Http Server. Provided L2 & L3 support for all issue arising in Websphere and IHS there by assisting the developers/application owners with problem resolution as necessary. Managing a team of 3 members by providing round the clock support on Incident, Problem and Change management process.Involved in Bridge calls with Developers team / Database Team / Unix Team / Business Owners for resolving the High Severity Issues for High Availability Production Systems.Capturing JVM usage statistics on a weekly basis using HP Diagnostics Report and identifying bottlenecks on each environment. Raised change records to implement any fix required for the issues seen.Trouble shooting various problems in different stages using logs files. Providing problem determination and resolution, and change implementation adhering to problem and change management processes. Identifying the bottlenecks by opening a Problem records and providing a solution for the issue.Root cause analysis by looking at thread, heap dumps, JVM logs. Performed Java heap analysis to find the memory leaks and reduce memory consumption.
