The company is presently manufacturing various kinds of ships, including offshore support vessels required for oil exploration industry, state-of-art dredgers, and technological marvel of the highly maneuverable and power-packed Ocean Going Tractor Tugs, Cargo/Container Ships, Tankers, etc. After planned expansion, the company will be able to increase the capacity and the range of ships that can be manufactured, which will help the company reduce dependence on any one sector.RESPONSIBLE FOR:Piping design, Selection of machinery & equipments (like Marine boiler, Heat exchanger, AHU, Fan, Pump, Compressor etc.), Checking of P&I diagrams, schematic layout & production drawings for different systems, Indenting for material procurement, Review of vender's technical specifications, system-drawings etc.AREAS OF EXPOSURE Handling production related tasks like planning, control and trouble shooting.Analyzing various processes / applications and recommending process modifications and equipment calibrations to enhance operational efficiency.Supervising the production processes, systems at the vendors end and providing suggestions for improving process efficiency.The routing and final installation of the piping systems with reference to the schematic diagrams (like Engine room lay out, GA etc.) in the construction of various large and small vessels.Preparation of as fitted isometric drawings after installation.Testing of the piping systems as per owner's requirement.Coordinating with Design team in handling the alteration to approved drawings during ship building process training in ship building production.Preparation of the bill of material.Expertise in concept design ,3d design,2d drafting, special purpose machines (SPM)design, Welding fixture design for automotives, Inspection gauges design for automotives, conveyors design (Free flow conveyor & gravity flow conveyor),marketing and management.
