Als lid van de Raad van Ongevraagd Advies lever ik ieder kwartaal een bijdrage aan de groei van Stratego Development. De Bro-Founders Alexander & Michael geven ons gedurende deze strategische sessie een update over de ontwikkelingen en groei waar wij advies over mogen geven.

At Nerdalize I was responsible for developing and executing the People & Culture strategy, from candidate journey to employee happiness. My focus was on helping our team of 25 Nerds grow. I designed and implemented multiple systems and processes for HR and payroll administration, recruitment & selection, and talent development. Furthermore, I have been involved in managing our company OKR program, and in company accounting (budgeting, cashflow forecasts, quarterly and annual shareholder reports, bookkeeping etc.) This provides me with a unique and balanced perspective on the company, from both a human and financial point of view.

I organized the new professional education program provided by Climate-KIC to (academic) professionals. The program focuses on how to apply innovation knowledge and skills in research and Climate-KIC funded projects.

In my role as program officer I directly supported the director and advised on (research) funding and contracts, budget (M€ 4,5) and planning for the realization of The Green Village. The Green Village is a project to realize a living lab on the TU Delft campus, to develop sustainable innovations together with society, SMEs and big companies.

By strengthening the Climate-KIC network within TU Delft and by providing funding support to researchers and start ups, more projects got financed (> M€ 4) in one year than three years before combined. This was a specialist position directly managed by one senior advisor and the Valorisation Centre Director.

Training Facilitator for Local Support Group Training (NL & BE). Supporting local URBACT professionals to set up their LSG, help define their challenges and stakeholders, and provided a back casting exercise to help them plan for the future of the LSG's.

I advised the Faculty Board (dean, vice dean, general director), University Board and Education Management about education policy from a student's perspective. Furthermore, I initiated projects to support the Student & Employee council, for example a very successful faculty wide training day about participation and council work.

Research and management assistent for the management team of the institute (director and program manager). Successfully organized several conferences (>100 people) on topics of cultural diversity and integration. Furthermore, I edited research proposals to be submitted for funding and assisted in research activities (designing questionnaires, data processing etc.).
