CurrentThere's nothing better than learning from Dad! I watched my father on the weekends cook over coals for most of my young life, I absolutely love grilled or smoked beef, venison, pork, chicken, or whatever, you name it. Food cooked with good seasonings and over oak, pecan or hickory wood is mouth watering to me and to most everyone I encounter in this venture. I have a simple menu for now which is Pulled pork, Grilled/Smoked Chicken and Pork Spare Ribs and I also serve my own recipe of Brunswick Stew. I make my own BBQ Sauce as well. I would love to deliver some or all of these items to you next company party or meeting or special occasion.
