Liaise between conference speakers and programmers for 12+ sessions under the “Creator Economy” track

Through RF, I have produced events and shows in a variety of formats such as indoor/outdoor showcases, fundraisers, production shoots, educational clinics, etc. I have owned marketing, back office, finance/accounting, and operations at a theatrical percussion group w/ $150k annual budget. I develop and execute fundraising plans worth $60k annually, driven by the revamp of RF Entertainment (hired for gigs). I led an administration team of 10 and a marketing/digital socials team of 5, and established protocols for interstate travel, communication, event logistics, safety, merchandising, and more.

I lead a team of 5 masters students to produce Berklee Valencia's flagship creative conference and showcase concert, held Apr 26-28, 2024 at a variety of venues both in-person and in the metaverse. Key responsibilities include creative direction and programming, team leadership, and stakeholder management. This is the only student-run, public-facing event which utilizes Berklee's prestigious brand image; it is designed to push the institution forward as an entrepreneurial powerhouse.

I help manage a multi-million dollar Software Operations team and provide 24/7/365 technical account management to some of the world's largest fleets. I drive collaboration between 11+ departments that are responsible for end to end vehicle data ingest and transformation. I coordinate the product development of internal operational tools which have led to a 65% increase in efficiency even as vehicle volumes have quadrupled over the last three years to 7MM daily active vehicles.

I help run the day to day and high-level tour operations for a traveling music group of 150+, oversee revenue collection (student tuition accounts) of $500k annually, and raise funds in excess of $50k. We will take 10 vehicles on the road to 7 states, performing 12-15 shows during the course of two months, and host weekend camps throughout the year.

Managed performance, scheduling, timesheets, and training for 80+ drivers while forecasting demand with market leaders. Built and launched 25+ routes in 4 cities for a variety of B2B and B2C clients, owning the Operations component. Hired and onboarded 30+ drivers while creating and improving training documentation for use across all markets. Developed a comprehensive yearly retraining program that combines safety, product, and operations trainings. Implemented full Austin DOT compliance, handling random drug screens and setting up driver qualification files (DQFs). Drafted local policies/procedures as well as 6 national SOPs in areas such as Dispatch, Compliance, and Fleet. Analyzed market data to recommend profitable pilots, service areas, or partnerships that would grow the Texas market. Helped increase B2B revenue by 2X over 6 months by working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and legal teams

Taught high school students ages 15-18 on the fundamentals of marching arts.

I developed the strategy for UT engagement in a wide variety of ways, including spearheading the creation of a student-focused late night route that led to 75+ users on its first night of operation. I am continuing to foster citywide market adoption by creating the operational backbone for our drivers and by brokering partnerships between Chariot and local organizations such as CapMetro.

Provided cross-team support and deliverables across multiple projects in the "inward" business-facing position in Operations. I ensured corporate device compliance via the enterprise device management solution MobileIron. Additionally, I worked on a project to facilitate a more social and collaborative work environment across the company and across the globe by implementing the adoption of Jive, a $40 million technology. My experience during the summer was enhanced by participation in extracurriculars such as the IT Intern Hackathon and job shadowing opportunities.

Assisted in the creation of the PMO by preparing presentation deliverables and defining project management standards. I revitalized integral documents to the project management process while ensuring compliance with the ZF and TRW merger. I also provided documentation support to project managers in the efforts to transition all locations to SAP and away from legacy systems.

Helped students with coursework and taught important relational database concepts in their MIS325 Database Management class within the McCombs School of Business. I often organized individual meetings with people who couldn't attend regularly scheduled weekly office hours, and served as a liaison between the students and professor.

Analyzed dealership application data to keep business systems up to date and working efficiently. I managed the CRM program and kept its database free of insufficient data in order to increase employee productivity. I provided desktop, mobile, and application support to 12 locations and around 2200 employees across a wide range of platforms and technologies. By solving problems and IT issues daily, I got foundational technical experience in the field I want to one day manage.

Instructed individual students and large groups in marching technique and music for the past 2 marching seasons. I coordinated rehearsals with student leadership based on the goals of the band and fellow staff members and directors, and had a hands-on role in the success of the 2014 and 2015 groups. Coppell High School Marching Band received 5th place and 7th place at the Texas UIL State Marching Band contest in 2012 and 2014, respectively.
