CurrentOTORide- Modifying the vehicle-sharing and fleet management platform as per the best practices and latest trends in the micromobility industry, raising client satisfaction and increasing client acquisition worldwide, resulting in an increase in revenue.- Developed a multitude of features for the platform, serving tens of thousands of riders per day and more than a hundred thousand riders overall.- Integrated numerous payment gateways.- Implemented various payment flows for different payment gateways and improved the refund service to facilitate performing multiple card refunds for a single invoice.- Integrated numerous SMS gateways.- Optimized frequently accessed APIs which reduced the response times by 50% to 85%, drastically decreasing server load and cost.- Optimized frequently accessed APIs such that the increase in response time with respect to the increase in the number of fetched records became minimal and non-linear.
