Continuously learn from peers & and build the capability of the H.TE s to improve in the customer negotiations.Understanding the principles of the channel classification & and ensuring 100% accuracy in the outlet classifications. Understand the customer personas & and map the customers as per the defined personas in the Territory. Define ideal routing, and customer contact strategy to drive NPS & CES scores whilst optimizing field sales resources.Provide the baseline & and activity incremental build-up for the M+3 horizon at the demand planning input cycle.Drive the sales team to deliver the signed-off DP on the M+3 horizon through structured field coaching & and morning reviews.
