This was a startup company within the AitkenSpence Group to automate internal manual operations, and I was the first employee of the company. My main responsibility was to analyse the requirement gathered from direct customer using necessary requirement gathering techniques as per the audience, and transform it in to a complete technical architecture with necessary selection of the technical stack while guiding the technical and testing team to achieve the defined technical goals. Further ensured the engineering team is adhering to the defined software development process and the best practices in the scrum agile environment was a key responsibility in my role. In addition to that had the exposure of setting up infrastructure from scratch in the startup such as OnPrem services with application servers (Tomcat, JBoss), database (Oracle, Postgre SQL) and load balancers (HA Proxy), Sub-Version, Mantis Bug Tracking and Jira.
