- Employee #1. Responsible for initial launch and management of Taipei office. HR, payroll, admin, developer. I wore all the hats.- Initial responsibility started with taking in-house and building upon previously outsourced SimplyBridal eCommerce site, built on Magento. Then designed backend logistics and sales management system, which was needed as we grew from online-only to 3 physical stores.

- Launched Zalora Taiwan site!- Lead development team in Taiwan to localize global Zalora eCommerce platform, including both frontend and backend systems.- Coordinate new product feature, updates and fixes between dev teams located in Taiwan, Germany, and the China.- Ensure full system integration with internal Warehouse Management System to ensure smooth warehouse and localized shipping logistics systems.

- Lead a team responsible for licensing and developing Social Media games and bringing them to the Western market, such as Facebook.- Conduct due diligence on promising external development teams and negotiate license of their games. Partners included Tencent.- Educate teams on Western social media sites.- Lead an internal development team on creating an original IP.- Develop strategy around potential licensing opportunities around original IP, including the creation of a toy line.

As Co-Founder of 逐行天下信息技术(北京)有限公司, a wholly foreign owned enterprise of MyGoombah, LLC (CA, USA) operating in Beijing, China, I designed, planned and implemented our website, xiaide.com, a crowd-sourced knowledge-base of the best places to shop, eat, and be entertained in Beijing and Zhengzhou.- Planning, designing, scheduling, implementing, and managing xiaide.com.- Sourcing and managed an external team of engineers and artists during initial development to go to market faster.- Recruiting and managing a small internal team of engineers to constantly build and reiterate the website.- Hardware and network implementation, including internal networks as well as those hosted at the off-site datacenter.

As a Community Specialist, I support the Capcom Marketing efforts through Community efforts such as moderating, maintaining and updating the Capcom Community Forums, online distribution channels while also contributing news and writing blogs. In addition, I drive new users to become a part of our Community, encourage participation and activity, as well as retaining membership.
