I do change management, communicate and teach. I have good people skills, and put myself in the position of my customers, providing your employees with the best possible tools. I am mad about data and the possibilities, they give, used in the right manner.A good day for me, is when one of the IT tools I have developed, eases the day of your employees. When a businees process runs smoothly after adjustment. When I, during teaching, see a face lit op in understanding.I am working as an individual consultant. This means that you can use my skills for major and minor assignments.Examples:1) Counselling, guidance, analysis;of change in business processes and IT tools. This is where I talk to your employees, figuring out what their actual needs and requirements are. Often users will suggest a solution based on the systems and tools they are famlilar with. Instead, I prefer to look into what is the expected end-result, and after that, define the task. Sometimes it is just the process that needs re-thinking, and a tool is not required.2) "Nerd"ing, configuration, programming;using SharePoint, Excel, VBA, PowerBI, SQL-queries. This is ususally done iterative, shifting between nerding and testing with users.3)Implementing, embedding, teaching;new processes and tools. I have solid communication skills, taking my users perspective, and speaking into this. This is probablay the most critical part of my job. I am very persistent and show great engagement in sticking to the new methods and, if necessary, ensuring they are re-considered.Me as a person:I am frank and outgoing. My customers have faith in me understanding their tasks and trust that I change course if I get on a sidetrack. I am patient and persistent. This means that I keep returning on loose ends and ensure that topics are properly clarified. I have a sunny disposition and positive mind that spreads joy at the office.
