I am a dedicated and hardworking employee who consistently met or exceeded expectations in my role. I was responsible for a variety of tasks across multiple departments and my contributions to our team were invaluable.In my roles in Accounting, I was responsible for preparing payment vouchers and petty cash, coordinating with warehouse staff to handle advance payment, checking payment claims from the warehouse for accuracy and correctness, and ensuring that invoices were delivered to the customers with all necessary supporting documents on time. I also assisted with ad-hoc accounting tasks as needed. In addition to my accounting duties, I also took on HR and Administration responsibilities, including coordinating the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, following up with applicants, and presenting at interview sessions. I supported all administrative requirements of the office, including phone calls, booking travel, ordering stationery and pantry supplies, and liaising with government sectors. I also assisted with ad-hoc HR and administration tasks as needed.
