As a listing manager I was responsible for coordinate the preparation of the listing. Once the listing agreement was signed my work began. Working with the owners, contractors, photographers, and other agents for showings. Once a property was under contract I made sure all contract contingencys were met and released to ensure a smooth closing. As a marketing manager I was responsible for her social media posts, listing brochures, postcards, listing packets and other necessary marketing materials.

Developed and built RE/MAX Allegiance marketing department. Developed brand standards for internal and external use. Designed and developed systems for generating tedious yet necessary marketing products for agents to use in their marketing.
