My academic journey at KNUST was marked by leadership, as I served as Public Relations Officer, Interim Electoral Commissioner and Speaker of the Students’ Representative Council respectively. This experience laid the foundation for my passion to inspire and develop others.Professional JourneyFollowing my academic pursuits, I ventured into the oil and gas industry, training as a Reservoir Engineer with the Ghana National Petroleum Corporation (GNPC). This expertise has equipped me to drive innovative solutions in the energy sector.Founding and Co-Founding VenturesI'm proud to be the founder of Fountain Of Ideas, a dynamic firm that brings clients' visions to life through innovative ideas, strategies and platforms. Additionally, I co-founded ABAN Center for Global Policy, Ghana's first youth think tank, which fosters informed discussions and strategic policy recommendations.Media and StorytellingWith a rich media background, I've leveraged storytelling, speeches, and presentations to solve problems and renew mindsets. As Editor-In-Chief of The Hub Media, I pioneered revolutionary initiatives like the Hub Digital Magazine, the first of its kind in the university. My storytelling expertise has enabled me to engage diverse audiences and inspire positive change.Public SpeakingI've had the privilege of speaking on esteemed platforms, including; National Society of Black Engineers 25th Anniversary seminar, as well as the 2022 KNUST Freshmen Orientation. I have also had the rare opportunity of speaking at various events focused on leadership, innovation, and youth development. Awards and RecognitionIn 2022, I was honored with the Gold Award from the Head of State Awards Scheme, affiliated with the Duke of Edinburgh International Award, recognizing my commitment to leadership and community development.Leadership Development and ConferencesAs a dedicated trainer and coach in my own small way, I've helped nurture leaders among young people and aim to expand this impact. Notably, I've led teams in curating impactful conferences in Ghana such as National Students Conference, 4th Revolution Leadership Conference and Digital & Sustainability Experience.Through these initiatives, I strive to inspire capacity building, problem-solving and transformation.
