Thanks to the almighty Allah (SWT) for the opportunities.Present job responsibilities:* Quickly troubleshoot any networking issues.* Report findings to the line manager and the team promptly.* Troubleshoot issues related to attendance devices.* Installation and configuration of laptops, desktops, printers, photocopiers, scanners, UPS, and new components.* Set up and configure servers.* operating systems installation.* Design, implement, and configure new WiFi or LAN.* Remote support to the Dubai office and remote areas based on their requirements using remote support software.* Install new software based on user requirements.* Plan and implement WAN and LAN for the office network.* Configure the FTP server to support client sites.* Set up and configure IP phones.* Arrange and manage virtual meetings (Meet, Zoom, Teams).* Address technical issues for all the projects and report to the line manager and the team for further assistance.* Relocate IT devices based on requirements.* Perform maintenance on CCTV and backup data when required.* Keep records of new devices provided to users and ensure their return upon resignation.* Install cable connections and provide desk support to users in the office.* Respond to calls and attend to user desks.* Count and track stock records, reporting to the vendors.* Manage own LAN using MikroTik.* Set up videoconferencing systems and TVs as per divisional requirements.* Receive ordered products from vendors and keep records.* Perform timely data backups and restore lost data if required.* Seek support from the ISP if required and follow up on the resolution.* Assist the line manager in preparing vendor IT bills.
