Receive customers’ request and cooperate with Key Account Managers, Field Sales and the Operational Care Center... to drive customer engagement, satisfaction, retention and reactivation. Specifically by handling Air & Sea-Air shipments for key accounts in high-tech, consumer, automobile and other sectors as well as shipments from ad-hoc businesses.

Plan the weekly/daily space needed to fulfill KPIs of shippers and consignees’ urgent requests, consolidate cargoes on bookings and follow up shipments until they reach destinations, submit claims to airlines (on behalf of procurement team) in case of irregularities.

Build business model and procedure for the Humans of Spiderum project, produce content for the Humans of Spiderum and 9totalk series.

Write scientific articles, create plan and prepare for events, work with events speakers, take photos, collect samples for research purposes…
