However, it was the discovery of the positive impact on our civilization that ignited my passion for this field. Seeing how technology democratized information, connected one culture with another, or reduced the education gap was decisive in choosing programming as my profession.No matter its complexity, code always has a unique logical beauty. When used for the benefit of society, it enables the creation of incredible things, from a blog that gives voice to a new writer to an algorithm capable of driving a car without human intervention. Indeed, code is not just a vocation but also a powerful brush capable of transforming an idea into a product that can positively impact our environment.In my role as a CX Representative, I found a passion for service upon discovering that I could also build a positive environment by integrating my empathy with a strong user orientation. This challenge in the CX field is fertile ground for my professional growth, as the dynamic nature of the role triggers a continuous learning process, where each interaction is not only a challenge but also a lesson.
