I have a dynamic background in EdTech (SaaS) with specific expertise in customer success, sales, operations, project and program management. Throughout my career, I've focused on using data to implement strategic improvements that foster customer satisfaction, elevate ROI, and enhance engagement and retention.I have a fiery passion for people-centered leadership and leveraging data & technology to drive meaningful change within the education space! I believe educational equity is a key lever in the disruption and dismantling of systemic oppression and I am dedicated to working with organizations and humans who are aligned in mission and vision.I currently live in Portland, OR with my beautiful partner, our 3 dogs, and 3 cats. We love exploring nature, seeing live music, and fussing over all of our indoor and outdoor plants!
