Ever since I was a little kid, supply chain was my passion. I still remember the time when I had no internet and have to figure out some things on my own accord . It's frustrating when you are a kid and don't know how to clear final boss in your favorite prince of Persia video game but when something itches your brain on regular basis, eventually you have to figure out something. I convinced everyone to play that video game but soon understood it's not that easy as they usually have several questions for me like where and how to get prince of Persia ? how to install it ? is it fun ? That was the first time when I realized that marketing and sales alone are not enough for your product to grow. I did figured all logistics and ways to ensure that everyone in school must have a prince of Persia CD on their desk and of course someone eventually told me how to clear that final boss but I didn't do it because I found something much more fascinating to nurture and also I had a network which provides variety of other games with occasional goodies. In industry,Because of that passion, I studied and understood how important team management, leadership and people management are, how unenthusiastic teams could negatively impact presentations respesinting entire companies, how tiny habbits of always being presentable and 15 mins early could bring momentum to your team and people around you and how small steps in right direction could provide a strong foundation for a company on which new brands could then be sprouted.
