I've been an entrepreneur my whole life...hustling as a kid with snow shoveling, flea markets, organizing 3 on 3 tournaments, managing newspaper routes, anything to build a business. As a young adult, I opened my first retail business (cellular phones) in 1999. Started a nightlife marketing company in 2001, moved over to e-commerce, and then dabbled in a little bit of everything for a few years before getting into hospitality. My first day working in a restaurant was the day I opened mine, and I knew it was my calling. I'm not a chef, but I'm a great cook and brand experience specialist. Attention to detail - in both design and user experience, is what I focus on. We now own 10 restaurant locations, in Denver and Chicago - across 4 brands, and are soon opening a project in my new hometown of Evergreen, CO. Campfire Evergreen will be a cumulation of what I've learned over the past decade opening all of our stores. Comfort food, well prepared, live fire cooking, amazing outdoor space, and strategic experience optimization. Coming soon - my proudest work yet.
