I have over 20 years’ experience working in leadership roles in the non-profit and public sectors. I'm deeply passionate about ensuring that everyone, no matter their circumstances, can live a fulfilling life filled with love, pleasure, purpose and belonging.Currently, I work as the Chief Executive at Family Holiday Charity, where I lead a cross-functional team of thirteen. We engage, advocate, and take action to include families in travel and tourism who are coping on a low income and facing the toughest challenges that life can bring.Previously, I led the strategy and delivery for the youth offer at Girlguiding, the UKs largest charity for girls and young women. I delivered a high-profile transformation of programmes, consulting 50,000 girls and young women, and returning the investment within 12 months of launch.
