I currently lead the Energy Transitions Commission, convincing countries and companies that deep decarbonisation is achievable. I previously worked as a UK Government advisor on climate change as part of the Committee on Climate Change, where I advise on the cost effective path to meeting the UK's statutory emissions reductions targets to 2050, including leading the Committee's work on recommending the UK's Sixth Carbon Budget (2033-37).I have 10+ years of diverse experience both inside and outside the energy sector which has enabled me to develop strong analytical competencies, understand complex developments, develop conclusions and apply these in both business and policy worlds.
