I started my own search firm to pay more attention to fewer clients, and to personally do all the recruiting. This means positions are filled faster and the overall experience is transparent and a breath of fresh air. I’m known for focusing on VP, C-level, and Senior Director technology & product searches but ask me about a role and I’ve probably done some flavor of it before. My bread and butter is cross-industry placements, looking for talent in unobvious places, versus musical chairs.
