Obviously an employer would prefer hiring a young person with creative and moral values over someone who has just fancy grades. Of course, the citizens would prefer leaders who cater to fixing real problem that would invite unity. Likewise, any youth individual would prefer spending valuable time on a platform where they can be entertained, educated and empowered. Our tagline being – ‘Impact – for the youth, by the youth’, we are promising to deliver values to change the world by the youth.A common question that arises is how we are subsisting. The attention span of youth is constantly falling, as they are having more options with new technology and advancement over time. For this, brands are not being able to communicate with the young audience, thus lacking behind in sustainable possibilities. Therefore, we are operating as the gateway for brands as we are inviting them to come to our platform to create impact for the youth and by the youth, together through our content and programs.

Things I did:1) Took training section of different students of Jagannath University as part of the training program "Have Power on PowerPoint".2) Helped to organize one of the leading member recruitment program "Leadership Development Program".3) Created all the Digital static contents for more the 3 in campus programs.

Jagannath University Career Club is a platform for the students to grow and create necessary connection for the future job market, many student face problem in the job market because of their lack in the skill and self confidence, JNUCC is committed to help those student in need to groom them for the upcoming job market.

Things i did:- Completed 2 big projects contains more then 500+YouTube thumbnails.- Was assigned as project manager for a 900+ YouTube thumbnails redesign project,had to meet the challenge of coordinating with other 4 designers of this project to meet the deadline.- Helped to train the new interns so that thay can add more value to the team.- Was awarded designer of the month.

Things i Learn:1) Maintaining an open communication in a virtual work environment.2) How to communicate with customers using digital content. 3) Basics of Facebook & Youtube Content marketing.
