1. Online recruitment: - Involved in full life cycle recruitment processes. Responsible for senior technical candidate sourcing. Positions included: Java Back-end Engineer, Test Engineer, H5 Front-end Engineer & Android Back-end Engineer. - Active sourcing for qualified candidates, active passive candidates, and conducting phone screening. - Made mapping report & market insights report according to sourcing strategy and position peculiarity. - Sourcing channels: Boss, Lago.com, Liepin, Zhilian etc. - 5 valid offers were made, including three P8s, one P8 plus, one P9. (Note: P8 corresponds to Ali P6 ) - Offer turn down rate: 0 2. On-boarding management: Conducted on-boarding guidance for new employees; Collected entry information; Did a good job of staff care, timely reporting feedbacks to reduce the turnover.

Active sourced and screened qualified candidates through each recruitment websites, conducted the phone interview & onsite interview, made the interview evaluation. - Sourcing channel: 51job.com, Zhilian, Liepin, Shixiseng, LinkedIn etc. - Offer negotiation before entry, 24 offers were made during the tenure. - Offer turn down rate: 02. Campus recruitment: Selected 20 university in Shanghai, Chengdu & Shenzhen for campus recruitment; Participated in 5 Shanghai universities’ recruitment fairs; Assisted in holding 3 career presentation campaigns, and successfully hired 18 entry-level employees through campus recruitment process.3.
