Research and track Right of Way and Zoning issues as they apply to any of over 4,000 O’Reilly stores.Contact with City, County, and State entities, Transportation Departments and\or their attorneys to gather information and resolve acquisition, zoning and other issues.Provide clerical support to Property Management Division of the Real Estate Department.Provide phone backup for Real Estate Department.Research and tracking of potential tax incentives.

Provided clerical and administrative support to the Project Team Lead. Researched and analyzed errors in database and formulated best course of action for corrections on small and large scale. Maneuvered in database, created queries, ran reports and analyzed data collected by field techs and inspectors. Identified potential issues and made suggestions for new procedures to avoid future issues. Used computer skills, especially in the use of Excel and Access to create spreadsheets and databases, format reports and track information.

Processed mortgage loan applications including acquiring documentation to support information provided in member application. Ensured all documents had been received and were in accurate form for loan to be funded and sold to investors. Dedicated to meeting deadlines of loan approval and closing dates. Assisted members by phone on regular basis. Phone duties included issue resolution, message relay and transference to proper party or department. Worked as back up for mortgage loan funding position. Deposited checks, disbursed checks and completed loan closing checklist. Processed transactions to and from general ledger accounts.Achieved advanced certification training requirements annually.

Cross trained fellow employees for vault, ATM, basic teller transactions, and member service work. Opened and closed accounts. Maintained and balanced branch vault.
