I’m a highly responsible and committed professional offering over 7 years of diverse experience in the roles of Field Services Engineer and Technical Analyst – I also hold qualifications and experience in the automotive industry, which has only enhanced my technical capabilities.My ability to deliver is evidenced through being seconded to work in a large scale government department to carry out full system rebuilds on all computers, which is directly related to Managed Isolation Quarantine.I am extremely adept in Helpdesk support, both remotely and in person. I have worked in the Call Centre environment and onsite. Adding value and doing more than I am asked are key drivers for me personally and professionally.In my spare time, I enjoy tinkering with electronics including laptops and controllers to find ways to fix them.
