Plan and supervise civil construction works of capital projects for various councils in Victoria ensuring adherence to local regulations and safety standards.Prepare detailed estimates and cost plans to assist in budgetary control.Daily organize and direct site labour and the delivery of material, plant and equipment.Create, monitor and control project schedules and establish detailed programs for the coordination of site activities.Review plans for constructability and site constraints and liaise with clients to negotiate variations to designs.Liaise with utility providers and other authorities for BYDA permits/asset relocation.Plan and implement site establishment activities, ensuring compliance with site-specific and contract requirements, including location, fencing, signage, environmental, and traffic conditions (SWMS & JSEA, TMP, EMP etc.)

JICA Funded Health and Medical Service Improvement Project, Ministry of Health, Sri LankaConsultant's Scope: Design, Tender Assistance and Construction Supervision of the proposed fully Equipped Cardiology and Cardiothoracic Complex Buildings for four tertiary care hospitals in Sri Lanka.2. JICA Funded Project for the Improvement of Infectious Waste Management, Sri LankaConsultant's Scope: Preparatory Survey, Design Tender Assistance and Construction Supervision for the implementation of Medical Waste Incinerators in 23 Hospitals of Sri Lanka.
