• Thisuni has also worked in the Legal team for Lion's Dairy & Drinks business. She was the legal business partner for the Agricultural Procurement, Logistics, Supply Chain and Grocery Sales teams for over 12 months. She.
• Commercial contracts (including procurement, sales, sponsorship, service agreements, co- pack arrangements, confidentiality, IP licences, privacy, commercial leases, construction contracts and tender responses)
• Consumer law and Marketing approvals and advice (including TV, radio, catalogue, outdoor and digital advertising), and also initiating and responding to competitor claims;
• Intellectual Property (including trademarks, patent advice and infringement matters)
• Dispute Resolution (including a variety of breach of contract matters, mediation and litigation)
• Competition Law (particularly in relation to LDD's Agricultural Procurement, Supply Chain and Sales teams)- Product Liability, Food Law, Corporate Governance, Environmental Law, Chain of Responsibility, Construction.

• In this role, Thisuni provided commercially sound workplace relations advice to Lion's Beer Spirits & Wine and Dairy & Drinks businesses. During this time, Thisuni:
• was responsible for leading, drafting and approving all changes to contracts of employment and employment related policies in Australia and NZ (which included completing a major redraft of all employment contracts in.
• provided strategic workplace relations advice on major Lion change projects such as mergers and acquisitions, sales, site closures and team restructures - including transfer of business implications;
• drafted deeds of release, contracts for consultants and independent contractors and managed restraint of trade breaches and sham contracting issues;
• partnered sites for all aspects of enterprise agreement negotiations including industrial action;
• interpreted and advised on various legislation, industrial instruments, policies and contracts;
