North Kiteboarding Product Development and Brand Management is based in New Zealand, while Operations and Sales are carried out at the NAG headquarters. I was assigned to North Actionsports Group and was working remotely with the sales, customer service and supply chain teams. Responsibilities:• Key liaison between sales, customer service, and supply chain teams.• Managed tasks such as invoice processing, warranty replacements, and credit note creation.• Supported the North Actionsports Australia team with order processing/cancellations and shipments.• Facilitated order processing utilizing the company's B2B platform.• Proficient in ERP software, shipping portals, and CRM tools to enhance sales processes and customer relationship management.
