With her solid experience as senior human resources practitioner for so many years, Thitaree ( Khun Tu) has a long commitment to promote professionalism and expertise in Human Resources.She was appointed as a “ Champion” with several known international hotel companies for various development projects to enhance the ability of hotel employees. Also she has been frequently invited to be a guest speaker and a lecturer at local universities. She was part of the committee of HR Practitioner’s Club of Bangkok and nearby provinces and also a representative of one of thirteen hotels who formed a special program to assist poor students from the North and North-eastern provinces of Thailand by letting them experience working environment. At the end of this training program they would be hired as new employee in each of the participating hotel.During her career, Thitaree (Khun Tu) worked with well known international Hotel companies such as the Westin, Le Meridien, Dusit International, Amari, ACCORS, COMO Hotels and Resorts and Six Senses Resorts and Spa. She had a large of portfolio of qualified candidates in Thailand and in some of the neighboring Asian countries.
