Part of a team that conducted classes of historical cooking for schools. Classes would come for 4 hours, prepared, cooked and cleaned a meal as if it was 1910. Worked as a guide and had schoolclasses for different educational projects.Part of the living history during the school summerholiday (7 weeks in june-july).
