In support to the business drivers, I am also responsible to bring in leads from digital by building brand awareness and thought leadership for the company.My jobscope as Digital Strategist includes:Social Media- Building brand awareness by maintaining our social media presence.- Plan content weekly for our official Facebook and LinkedIn page- Constantly engage with our online audience to keep the culture conversation going- Work closely with my creative team and Content Producer to ideate and develop content- Measure and analyse platforms’ performance data and re-strategize according to trending issues and current issuesWebsite and Blog - Come up with wireframe for 95%’s official websites to best accomplish the purpose of showcasing our heritage, profile, services & products and credibility- Work closely with a team of programmers to ensure the user experience is on point. - Analyse performance data based on traffic, engagement as well as user journey and deduce what worked and what didn’t- Work with a group of dynamic writers to produce content for 95%'s blog, a tool positioned to create credibility for the company- Review content for our website and blog to make sure it adds value to the readersContent Marketing- Plan and strategize content marketing for each quarter based on business goal, brand strategy and current trends- Work closely with Content Production team in ideating and producing online content that is aimed to build credibility for the company- Keep track of the content performance ( in terms of engagement )- Social ListeningSearch Engine Optimization & Search Engine Marketing- To make sure our official websites remain on the first page of Google Search Results when searched for related keywords.
