Secured a 4-month internship at Accenture and was involved in the Project Management Office team in one of the Petronas' projects, RAPID. I had the chance to work with people from PRPC ICT Sdn Bhd, Deloitte, and IBM and was exposed to the consulting field. I dealt with records management, resource management, quality assurance and quality control, ad-hoc tasks and learnt a lot about project management. I loved the diversity and it gave me space to learn to be independent, proactive, precise and efficient in doing my work as it directly impacted the client. This internship also allowed me to work with people from multiple countries like India, Philippines, Netherlands, Australia and many more. As I was involved in QAQC, I had the chance to learn the about the deliverables such as Training Needs Analysis, Change Impact Assessment, Fit Gap Analysis, Business Decomposition Model and many more. Accenture definitely has broadened my mind and to continuously improve myself because I was treated as a professional employee and not merely an intern.
