Owning and understanding the digital user journeys for the CMS’s, using insights to recommend evidence-based improvements and carrying out development/configuration and testing. I manage a network of CMS Representatives to engage directly with teams at ETF to understand their business needs and identify appropriate improvements toCMS’s features and processes to meet these requirements. I drive user engagement by assessing usage via web analytics and internal admin training needs, engaging with staff, and producing guidance, support materials and recommendations that improve the CMS’s effectiveness. I oversee the CMS’s related digital helpdesk tickets and provide technical assistance and support to any escalated CMS’s/LMS issues including supporting staff to generate Power BI reports, using CMS/LMS data. I work as a member of a project team to research, design, configure and implement new CMS/LMS features, including supporting requirements gathering and assistance during the UAT phase. I also manage to day to day relationship the CMS/LMS suppliers, ensuring incident management, support tickets and BAU is maintained with suppliers. Show less
