Currently managing integration of 2 niche multi-locational acquisition centered in the US into the organization delivery model. - Manage HR dimensions and people drivers for multiple countries and build a cultural balance, HR ethos, Strategic Programs and engagement framework catering to the aspiration and need to employees in the region. - Re-modeling the Global HR Business Partnering team, supplementing capability building and engaging with business leaders to drive the people engagement and talent program metrics in each our global delivery locations. - Top Talent Attraction, Assimilation & Management strategies and branding across geographies with focus on capability, skill inventory and talent deployment metrics. - Nurturing the HR Shared Service Operations, HR Analytics and HR Technology team to continuous enhance operating efficiency and employee experience in our diverse teams. - Managed major manpower ramp downs successfully during process pull backs & Industrial Relations situations in our different delivery locations spread across different countries. - Managed country specific labor regulatory framework and best in class employment practices
