This included managing and accelerating Kelly’s RPO brand and market position through effective thought leadership and working with operational business partners to ensure that service delivery and innovative design solutions reflected client requirements.

Crescendo Consulting Solutions was a boutique professional services firm specializing in program management, outsourcing advisory, and human capital solutions. As the firm’s managing director, I assembled a team of practitioners positioned to help clients optimize and execute business process, technology, financial, and governance solutions to achieve business results. My team and I worked across a portfolio of initiatives across procurement, operations, human resources, technology, legal, and finance functions. We achieved significant results for our clients.In one example, I led a team that outsourced $350M of spend to a vendor management system (VMS) and managed service provider (MSP), enabling the client to establish governance and controls, spend transparency, and competitive bidding achieving a 12.5% savings target in year 1 of the program. In an example of human resources transformation, I advised executives at a global pharmaceutical firm on an HR work redesign, enabling the firm to transition the HRIS platform, upgrade talent acquisition processes, expand talent management program options, outsource benefits, and support change management requirements.

For this niche provider of change management consulting in the financial services industry, I led large-scale change management initiatives within operations, technology, human capital, and finance/accounting functions. I incorporated my in-depth knowledge and experience in post-merger integration, program management, outsourcing, organizational effectiveness, process improvement, and other change initiatives designed to achieve business results.In one example of a program I led, my team and I executed a large-scale investment management outsourcing including staff lift-out and migration of positions and transactions to the supplier platform. We successfully outsourced infrastructure support for this $215B book of business, enabling the supplier to establish an elite, first-to-market business line while helping the buyer shed infrastructure costs and gain long-term operational scale for its expanding line of complex products.I subsequently managed three other successful outsourcing programs, transitioning all global, middle, and back office support functions to a third-party service provider. Outsourcing examples included investment manager operations, fund accounting, wealth manager services, human resources, data, and payroll.
