One of the original co-owners in control of managing, editing, and over-seeing the content that was produced on the website daily that included feature articles, promotional articles, tournament reviews and summaries, and participating actively in the forums.Under the Poker Asia Pacific banner, travelled across the Asia-Pacific region covering tournaments with tasks including providing continuous live updates of the tournament, capturing photos of players in action, daily updates for the website, tournament summaries, and conducting player interviews.

PokerNetwork was a regional domain under the PokerNews umbrella with a focus on poker in Australia. I traveled extensively around Australia covering local tournaments, capturing photos of players in action, writing feature and promotional articles, interviewing players, and participating actively in the forums just as the Australian poker community began to blossom. I also collected and collaborated data on all the Australian online poker players, and created an extensive database listing players, online poker names, and other relevant information.

Negotiated an internship with Deakin University and one of Australia’s biggest retail chains (then known as Coles Myer Limited), to work on a project related to the "Values and Behaviours" pilot.Collected resources and analyzed data while communicating and liaising with fellow team members to create a "Values and Behaviours" homepage where line managers across all brand stores could seek advice and appropriate resources. Working efficiently in a team built of full-time employees, our main goal was achieved and outlined in the "Values and Behaviours" portal that included all the supporting and covering details to go with the material for the ‘hero’ stores.

As a general manager, I helped facilitate members in exploring career opportunities outside of the classroom. As the Newsletter and Web Page manager, my responsibilities included ensuring the monthly newsletter was produced and distributed to all members, updated the highly professional website, generated new and innovative ideas for both mediums, communicated with the general committee, members, and student society sponsors.
