Appointed to start up a trading and sourcing company for The Thygesen Group, which after 4 years had offices in Denmark, Shanghai and Hanoi. Initiated and lead the construction of a Joint Venture with a Chinese partner and the construction a new manufacturing site in China. Established trading with Eastern Europe, Chinese and Vietnamese manufactures for European Brand names in clothing.Was asked by CEO of Thygesen Group to acquire and turn around a Sporting goods business by establishing new market strategy, re-aligning manufacturing resources, and transforming organization into agile, customer-driven unit with established key account management principles and aggressive customer profitability targets.

Recruited to lead the business transformation of a family owned OEM manufacturer with sales to large European Brand Name retailers and initiate generational change. The company had more than 1.000 employees in manufacturing sites in Eastern Europe and centralized sales, PTA and Design Department in Denmark. Annual Sales of clothing of approx. DKK 300 mill.

Directed International as well as national customers in their Corporate Brand Building and strategic development within sales and marketing. The two years in Happy Advertising enabled me to use my managerial toolbox from my MBA in connection with the various marketing tools for OEM, Branded and FMCG industry.
