As a dedicated and ambitious accounting professional, I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Accounting Honours (BAccHons) at the University of Johannesburg (UJ). With a solid academic foundation, I graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting, also from UJ, and I have successfully completed the Bridging Programme in Theory of Accounting.I am passionate about accounting, an aspiring IFRS expert, and an aspiring lecturer. My academic journey has equipped me with a deep understanding of accounting principles and practices, and I have developed a keen interest in the impact of language barriers on accounting education. This research is driven by my personal experiences and challenges in comprehending complex accounting materials, particularly during my bridging program.I am also exploring the adoption of impact investing by asset management companies in South Africa, further broadening my expertise and knowledge in the field.
