Current• Lead cross-functional teams in developing, designing, and implementing innovative decarbonization solutions, including clean energy and energy-efficient technologies, for commercial real estate portfolios.• Manage key clients and partnerships across multiple service lines, driving value-added solutions and expanding services within the existing client base, resulting in high retention rates and competitive service acquisition.• Provide thought leadership in business development by authoring proposals, creating content for sales and marketing strategies, developing pricing models, and offering subject matter expertise throughout the sales capture cycle.• Architect and execute sustainability strategies by overseeing GHG reporting, setting emissions reduction targets, and implementing emissions-saving measures in compliance with evolving regulations.• Direct energy management and sustainability services, leading a team in delivering technical and financial analyses, acquisition due diligence, forecasting, benchmarking, procurement, regulatory filings, tariff modeling, and GHG emissions reporting.• Mentor and train a growing team of analysts and engineers on all aspects of sustainability and energy management through individual knowledge transfer, group presentations, and internal documentation, fostering a growth mindset and driving increased client engagement and service expansion.
